is this a good time to consider getting my Fuel Filter chnaged? How much gas should i put in if i Intended to get my Fuel Filter changed? Also, should i buy any %26quot;Fuel Injector%26quot; cleaners, since there is almost NO gas in there like Sea Foam?

No harm will come from simply running out of gas - the harm can come from continually cranking the engine when it is out of gas. The gas is the only lubricant and cooling agent for the electric fuel pump.
And you are correct, now would be a good time to change out the fuel filter since there would be a minimum amount of pressure and fuel left in the lines.

Any pump can get plugged or jammed. (oil, gas, power steering, water (radiator))
Corrosion, degraded rubber bellows, seats, gaskets can suffocate the screen of the pump.
I twisted the drive to an oil pump like a licorice stick on an old Mercury because the screen was plugged with hardened/broken push rod bellows.
Best to keep the pump(s) sucking %26quot;juice%26quot; instead of sediment.

Well, if it was a vintage old beater with a mechanical pump, it wouldn't hurt it at all.
This thing has GOT to be fuel injected, hence, it has an electric fuel pump inside the tank.
Electric fuel pumps do not like to be ran dry; it shortens their life significantly.
I wouldn't worry near as much about my filter as I would my pump.

It should be fine, it just puts more strain on your fuel pump.
